Cookie Policy

This page explains what cookies are, which ones Cahayacis uses, and how you can manage your preferences. You are in control — our only non-optional cookies are the ones that keep the site working.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They help the site remember information about your visit — such as your preferred language or whether you have already seen a notice — so you don't have to re-enter details every time.

Cookies do not contain personal identifying information on their own, and they cannot run programmes or deliver viruses. They simply help a website function more smoothly.

2. Cookie Types We Use

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are set by third-party services we use. These providers have their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them:

  • Google Analytics — website usage analysis. Google Privacy Policy
  • Google Ads — ad performance measurement (when active).
  • Google Maps — our contact page embeds a map which may set a session cookie.

4. Cookie Duration

  • Session cookies — deleted automatically when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies — remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. Durations vary by category and are noted above.

5. Your Cookie Preferences

Use the toggles below to choose which optional cookies you are comfortable with. Your choice is saved to your browser and takes effect immediately. Essential cookies cannot be turned off.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to withdraw your cookie consent at any time by adjusting your preferences above or through your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that took place before withdrawal.

Disabling optional cookies will not prevent you from using the site, though some features may work less smoothly without preference cookies active.
