No. We explain everything in plain language, and training sessions are paced to what feels comfortable for your team. If something is unclear after the initial setup, you can refer back to the written guide we provide, or reach out to us directly.

What does the quarterly review involve? +

Once a quarter, we check in to see how the team is using the shared space. We look at whether channels are still organised sensibly, whether any new needs have come up, and whether small adjustments might help. You receive a short written note after each review with any suggested changes.

What happens to our existing data when we migrate? +

We plan any migration carefully to avoid data loss. Before moving files or conversations, we make sure a proper backup is in place. We will also explain what can be moved, what cannot, and what the safest approach is for your situation specifically.

Are the prices listed the total cost? +

The listed prices cover our consulting, setup, and training time. They do not include any subscription costs for third-party tools — those are typically paid directly to the tool provider. We will outline all expected costs clearly before work begins so there are no unexpected figures.
