  • Client records — retained for 7 years from the end of the engagement, in line with standard Malaysian business record-keeping practice.
  • Analytics data — aggregated and anonymised; individual identifiers are not retained beyond 26 months.

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

We share personal data only in limited circumstances:
